Training for product growth teams
A key factor when product teams succeed with experimentation is that the full team has a shared common understanding of how experiments are built and how the process works.
About the training
4 sessions over 1 month
1. Lecture: Why Experimentation is Critical for Growth
Introduction to Growth and Experimentation
Methods for data-driven product development and marketing
Examples of how teams can work with growth and experiments
Create a common picture of how a product team can work with experiments
Participants: Everyone in the organization is welcome
Time: 1 h
2. Workshop: Growth Loops
To grow exponentially, we need to create mechanisms in the customer journey that facilitate so that each new customer can generate several new and recurring customers.
Purpose: Identify existing and possible future customer journeys that are self-sufficient, so-called growth loops.
Participants: The core team that will work with experiments for product development and communication
Delivery: The products potential Growth Loops (priority areas for experiments)
Time for the workshop: 2.5 h
3. Workshop: Ideation
We collect and structure the organization's ideas about what can have the desired effect on our set goals.
Delivery: A list of possible experiments
Participants: Everyone in the organization is welcome
Time for the workshop: 2.5 h
4. Workshop: Prioritization
We prioritize all ideas based on some criteria: Effect, Ease, and Learning. After the workshop, we know what to start with and how to build the experiments.
Participants: The core team that will work with experiments for product development and communication
Delivery: Prioritized list of experiments and activities so that you can launch your first experiment tomorrow
Time for the workshop: 2.5 h
